On Jeju Island, where the sea sets the rhythm of every working day, a market vendor, a diver, a boat captain, a bank branch manager, and a truck salesman cross paths at a fish market that has known them all their lives. There is no single hero and no central plot. Each pair of episodes hands the story to a different person, then quietly returns them to the crowd — the childhood friends who cannot forgive each other, the man caring for a mother he has never stopped resenting, the teenagers whose lives change in a single afternoon, the woman who returns to the island carrying a secret she cannot say out loud.
